NETHERTON'S CORNISH ALMANACK FOR 1907
From front cover, "Contains much that is interesting and instructive, three copyright Cornish Tales, and a large amount of local and general information."
Many local business ads from over a century past, most of businesses are from Truro. One of the Cornish stories is entitled, "How Jim Bray reformed, a humorous story founded on fact by Tom Morcom."
This was a popular local publication for many years in Cornwall and very few survive. This survivor, however, is in poor condition. Covers are detached, old tape mending on spine held for awhile, pages are browned with age and fragile. As time goes on the paper will crumble away. On the plus side--inside pages look nice, no writing, and no foxing from moisture! Purchaser should buy for the content only. Paperback, 82 pages, 5x8, $20.00
